How We Ship

Tbarak Steel exports commercial kitchen and industrial equipment to clients across Egypt, the Arab world, and internationally. We handle all aspects of the export process to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Methods

• Domestic Delivery (Egypt): We arrange delivery by truck directly to your facility anywhere in Egypt. Installation supervision is available upon request.
• International Export: We work with freight forwarding partners for FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less Container Load) ocean freight, as well as air freight for smaller urgent shipments.

Export Documentation

We provide complete export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any other documentation required for customs clearance in your country.

Production Timeline

Standard production lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on product complexity and quantity. Custom orders may require additional time — we will confirm exact timelines at the quotation stage.

Payment Methods

• Bank Wire Transfer (TT)
• Western Union / MoneyGram (for smaller orders)
• Letter of Credit (LC) for large international orders

Packaging

All equipment is securely packaged in heavy-duty wooden crates or industrial pallet wrapping to protect against damage during transit. Foam padding and corner protectors are used for sensitive components.
